2. الاسترداد الكامل (Money-Back Guarantee)Full Money-Back Guarantee

الشروط:Conditions:

• الطلب خلال 14 يوماً من أول دفعه (للاشتراك الجديد، ليس التجديد).Request within 14 days of your first payment (new subscription, not renewals).
• لم تنتهك سياسة الاستخدام المقبول (AUP) — راجع الشروط §7.You haven't violated AUP — see Terms §7.
• الاسترداد يصل خلال 5-10 أيام عمل عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع (Ziina).Refund arrives within 5-10 business days via the original payment method (Ziina).

3. التجديدات والشهور التاليهRenewals & subsequent months

• التجديدات الشهريه/السنويه غير قابله للاسترداد بعد فتره الـ 14 يوم الأوليه.Monthly/yearly renewals are non-refundable after the initial 14-day window.
• الاستثناءات: مشاكل تقنيه كبيره من جانبنا (downtime > 48 ساعه متواصله) — نُقدّم رصيد للشهر القادم.Exception: major technical issues on our side (downtime > 48 hrs continuous) — we offer next-month credit.

4. الإلغاءCancellation

يمكنك إلغاء حسابك أي وقت:You can cancel anytime:

1. سجّل الدخول → الإعدادات → الاشتراك → إلغاء.Login → Settings → Subscription → Cancel.

بعد الإلغاء:After cancellation:

• تستمر بالوصول حتى نهاية فتره الاشتراك المدفوعه (لا نقطعك في منتصف الشهر).You retain access until the end of your paid period (we don't cut you mid-month).
• لديك 30 يوماً لتصدير بياناتك (Excel/CSV).You have 30 days to export your data (Excel/CSV).
• بعد 30 يوماً تُحذَف البيانات نهائياً (راجع الخصوصية §5).After 30 days data is permanently deleted (see Privacy §5).

5. كيف تطلب الاستردادHow to request a refund

1. راسلنا: billing@the5erp.com أو WhatsApp.Email us: billing@the5erp.com or WhatsApp.
2. اذكر: الإيميل المسجّل، تاريخ الدفع، السبب (اختياري لكن مفيد).Include: registered email, payment date, reason (optional but helpful).
3. نُؤكّد خلال 48 ساعه ونبدأ الإجراء.We confirm within 48 hours and start the process.
4. الاسترداد يصل خلال 5-10 أيام عمل.Refund arrives within 5-10 business days.

6. الاستثناءاتExceptions

لا نسترد في الحالات التاليه:We do not refund in the following cases:

• الطلب بعد فتره الـ 14 يوم الأوليه.Request after the initial 14-day window.
• انتهاك AUP (نشاط غير قانوني، اختراق، spam).AUP violation (illegal activity, hacking, spam).
• إساءة استخدام المساعد الذكي (محتوى مسيء، تجاوز الحدود).Abuse of the AI assistant (harmful content, limit bypass).
• الاسترداد على نفس الاشتراك ثاني مره.A second refund on the same subscription.
