هل التجربه مجانيه فعلاً؟Is the trial really free?

نعم. 5 أيام كامله بدون أي بطاقة ائتمان. تنتهي تلقائياً بدون خصم. خلال التجربه تجرّب كل ميزه — POS، فواتير، AI، كتالوج، تقارير.Yes. 5 full days, no credit card. Ends automatically with no charge. During the trial you try every feature — POS, invoices, AI, catalog, reports.

كم سعر الاشتراك؟How much is the subscription?

500 درهم/شهر أو 5,000 درهم/سنه (يعني شهرين مجاناً). الأسعار شامله الـ VAT 5%. لا توجد رسوم خفيه.AED 500/month or AED 5,000/year (= 2 months free). Prices include 5% VAT. No hidden fees.

كم عدد المستخدمين المسموح بهم؟How many users are allowed?

غير محدود. أضف أي عدد من الموظفين بصلاحيات مختلفه (كاشير، محاسب، مدير، إلخ) بدون أي رسوم إضافيه.Unlimited. Add any number of staff with different role permissions (cashier, accountant, manager, etc.) at no extra cost.

هل في خصومات للسنه؟Are there yearly discounts?

نعم. الباقه السنويه (5,000 درهم) توفّر شهرين مقارنه بـ 12 شهر × 500 = 6,000.Yes. The yearly plan (AED 5,000) saves you 2 months versus 12 × 500 = 6,000.

هل أقدر أسترد؟Can I get a refund?

نعم — 14 يوم استرداد كامل من أول دفعه. تفاصيل في سياسة الاسترداد.Yes — 14-day full refund from your first payment. Details in our Refund Policy.

ايش اللي يقدر يعمله المساعد الذكي؟What can the AI assistant do?

كل شي تقريباً: اعمل فاتوره، أضف عميل، حلّل الاستهلاك، اطبع تقرير، اقرأ صوره فاتوره وسجّلها (OCR)، صمّم كتالوج، أرسل WhatsApp. تتكلم معه عربي أو إنجليزي.Almost everything: create an invoice, add a customer, analyze consumption, print a report, read a bill image and log it (OCR), design a catalog, send WhatsApp. Talk to it in Arabic or English.

هل المساعد دقيق؟Is the AI accurate?

المساعد يستخدم نماذج LLM متطوّره (Kimi K2.6 + OpenAI). دقّته عاليه في إنشاء فواتير وبحث في البيانات، لكن راجع دائماً الأرقام الكبيره (إجمالي ضريبه/فاتوره) قبل ما ترسلها للحكومه أو العميل. الردود إرشاديه.The assistant uses advanced LLMs (Kimi K2.6 + OpenAI). Accuracy is high for invoice creation and data lookup, but always verify large numbers (tax/invoice totals) before sending to government or customer. Outputs are advisory.

هل المساعد يقرأ صور الفواتير؟Does the AI read receipt images?

نعم. ارفع صوره فاتوره (PDF/JPG) واطلب "سجّل هاي الفاتوره" — يقرأها بـ OCR ويسجّلها تلقائياً في النظام.Yes. Upload an image (PDF/JPG) and ask "log this bill" — it OCRs and creates the invoice automatically.

هل بياناتي تُستخدم لتدريب AI؟Is my data used to train the AI?

لا. الموجَّه يُرسَل لـ Kimi/OpenAI ولا يُحتفظ به للتدريب. راجع سياسة الخصوصية §3-4.No. Prompts are sent to Kimi/OpenAI but not retained for training. See Privacy Policy §3-4.

هل النظام يدعم VAT 5% الإماراتي؟Does it support UAE 5% VAT?

نعم — كامل. الفواتير تطبّق VAT تلقائياً، التقارير تشمل VAT 201، الإيصال يحتوي QR code (متطلّب FTA).Yes — fully. Invoices auto-apply VAT, reports include VAT 201, receipts have QR code (FTA requirement).

هل أقدر أصدّر VAT 201 للـ EmaraTax؟Can I export VAT 201 for EmaraTax?

نعم — التقرير يولّد الأرقام جاهزه (Sales Standard/Zero/Exempt + Purchases). تنسخها لـ EmaraTax يدوياً. الـ API الرسمي لـ FTA غير متاح للجمهور بعد.Yes — the report generates ready numbers (Sales Standard/Zero/Exempt + Purchases). You paste them into EmaraTax manually. The official FTA API isn't public yet.

هل في WPS (Wage Protection System)؟Is WPS (Wage Protection System) supported?

نعم. النظام يولّد ملف SIF بصيغه البنك (UAE FTS). راجع نموذج البنك للتأكّد من ترتيب الحقول.Yes. The system generates SIF files in the bank format (UAE FTS). Verify field order against your bank's template.

هل النظام عربي بالكامل؟Is the system fully in Arabic?

نعم. عربي + إنجليزي مع زرّ تبديل في كل صفحه. حتى Chart of Accounts ثنائي اللغه. الفواتير تُطبَع بأي لغه.Yes. Arabic + English with a toggle on every page. Even the Chart of Accounts is bilingual. Invoices print in either language.

هل بياناتي آمنه؟Is my data secure?

نعم: TLS 1.3 تشفير، كلمات المرور bcrypt، عزل بيانات لكل مستأجر، نسخ احتياطي يومي، قفل الحساب بعد 5 محاولات فاشله. السيرفر مستضاف في الإمارات.Yes: TLS 1.3 encryption, bcrypt passwords, per-tenant data isolation, daily backups, 5-fail lockout. Server hosted in the UAE.

هل أقدر أصدّر بياناتي وأخرج؟Can I export my data and leave?

نعم في أي وقت — تصدير Excel/CSV لكل الجداول. بياناتك ملكك (راجع الشروط §9).Yes anytime — Excel/CSV export for every table. Your data is yours (see Terms §9).

أي مجالات أعمال تدعم؟What business types do you support?

هل النظام يدعم متجرين/فرعين؟Multi-store / multi-branch?

الإصدار الحالي = شركه واحده/حساب. الفروع المتعدّده على roadmap قريباً.Current version = one company/account. Multi-branch is on the roadmap soon.
