How to remove your account, your business records, or your WhatsApp conversation history from 5ERP.كيف تحذف حسابك أو سجلات عملك أو سجل محادثاتك على واتساب من 5ERP.

1. Who can request deletionمن يحقّ له طلب الحذف

• Workspace owners — anyone who created a 5ERP account.أصحاب مساحات العمل — كل من أنشأ حساباً في 5ERP.
• End customers who messaged a business whose WhatsApp number is powered by 5ERP — you may request deletion of your own conversation history with that business.العملاء النهائيون الذين راسلوا متجراً يعمل رقمه على 5ERP — يمكنك طلب حذف سجل محادثتك مع ذلك المتجر.
• Authorized representatives acting on behalf of either of the above.الممثلون المعتمدون الذين يتصرفون نيابة عن المذكورين أعلاه.

2. What gets deletedما الذي سيُحذف

• Workspace deletion: account credentials, all business records (customers, items, invoices, appointments, conversations), file uploads, and Meta access tokens. Action is permanent after a 30-day cooling-off period during which we can restore if you change your mind.حذف مساحة العمل: بيانات تسجيل الدخول، جميع سجلات الأعمال (العملاء، الأصناف، الفواتير، المواعيد، المحادثات)، الملفات المرفوعة، ورموز Meta. الحذف نهائي بعد فترة سماح مدتها 30 يوماً يمكنك خلالها التراجع.
• WhatsApp conversation deletion (for end customers): your phone number, profile name, all messages you sent and the AI's replies to you, conversation summary. Deleted within 7 business days.حذف محادثة واتساب (للعملاء النهائيين): رقم هاتفك، اسم العرض، جميع الرسائل التي أرسلتها وردود الذكاء الاصطناعي عليك، وملخص المحادثة. تُحذف خلال 7 أيام عمل.

UAE tax law (FTA) requires us to retain accounting records (sales invoices, payment receipts) for 7 years even after account deletion. These records are retained in an isolated archive accessible only to compliance staff.يُلزمنا القانون الضريبي الإماراتي (FTA) بالاحتفاظ بسجلات المحاسبة (فواتير البيع وإيصالات الدفع) لمدة 7 سنوات حتى بعد حذف الحساب. تُحفظ في أرشيف معزول لا يصل إليه إلا موظفو الامتثال.

To prevent abuse, we verify your identity before deleting. For workspace owners, we send a confirmation link to the email on file. For end customers, we may ask you to send a confirmation message from the phone number you want deleted, or to provide a previous message ID.لمنع سوء الاستخدام، نتحقق من هويتك قبل الحذف. لأصحاب الحساب، نُرسل رابط تأكيد إلى البريد المُسجّل. للعملاء النهائيين، قد نطلب رسالة تأكيد من الرقم المطلوب حذفه أو معرّف رسالة سابقة.
